All clinics in the Neighborhood Health Association affiliation include adult and pediatric exams, disease preventions and treatments, fillings, and extractions. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurances, with a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. The Mildred Bayer Clinic serves patients experiencing homelessness, including those in shelters, transitional housing, or “doubling up” (staying with family or friends).

Patients are encouraged to call every day to increase likelihood of getting an appointment as they do get cancellations but do not keep a waitlist. Patients can be admitted on an emergent basis via the emergency room at Toledo Hospital.
