Medical Complications in Dental Practice

The Toledo Dental Society provides a three-hour video course "Medical Complications in Dental Practice" developed by Dr. Dan Becker. 

This course is also known as the "Emergency Medical Course." 
The course concludes with a 25-question test. 
Four (4) CEUs are given for completing this course. 

This course meets the requirements of the OSDB for dental hygienists to practice while the dentist is not physically present.  Link here for the OSDB's Approval Form for a Dental Hygienist Practicing When A Dentist Is Not Physically Present.  OSDB's Rules and Regulations.

The course may also be utilized by those who need credits toward their general CE requirement. 

Those interested in completing this course can contact the TDS office at 419-474-8611.  The cost of the course is $125 for member dentists, $75 each for their staff, and $200 for non-members.
